Ballantine’s 7 Years Bourbon Finish is a tribute to our founder, George Ballantine. Our records reveal that George Ballantine was maturing and selling 7 years of age in 1872, 43 years before laws imposing a minimum maturation of 3 years for Scotch whiskeys came into effect.
