V1 CLASSICLINE (STARTER SET) – Our Börner V1 Mandolin is the classic V-mandolin. V1 is an adjustable mandolin with a stainless steel V-blade. With the Starter Set V1 you can cut fruit and vegetables into slices of different thicknesses, thin or thick julienne, or thin and large cubes, quickly and efficiently.
SAFE & EASY USE – A safety fruit holder is included to protect your fingers from sharp blades. In addition, you can cut whole fruits and vegetables. With our Börner V1 ClassicLine Starter Set, you can work safely and efficiently.
MANDOLINE SET FOR DICE, JULIENES & SLICES – With this mandolin, you can easily cut your fruits and vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, cucumbers, radishes, cabbage and much more into slices, juliennes or dices. To make dices, simply pre-cut the vegetables crosswise. This mandolin is also ideal for professional use in catering. Perfect as a julienne mandolin, dicer or cucumber cutter.
EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the mandolin under cold or warm running water, leaving the insert in the V-frame, be careful not to touch the blade. Also clean the fruit holder under running water. The mandolin can also be washed in the dishwasher.
