V1 CLASSICLINE (BASE SET) – Our Börner V1 Mandolin is the classic V-shaped mandolin. The V1 slices fruit and vegetables precisely and quickly. With the V1 you can cut fruits and vegetables into slices of 3 different thicknesses (thin, medium, thick). Adjustable mandoline with stainless steel V-blade.
SAFE & EASY USE – A safety fruit holder is included to protect your fingers from sharp blades. In addition, you can cut whole fruits and vegetables. With our Börner V1 ClassicLine Basic Set you can work safely and efficiently.
Practical Mantolin Set – Easily slice fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, cucumbers, radishes, salad, cabbage and much more. This mandoline is also ideal for professional use (in the grastronomy). Prepare delicious salads or vegetable pans.
EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the mandolin under cold or warm running water, leaving the insert in the V-frame, be careful not to touch the blade. Also clean the fruit holder under running water. The mandolin can also be washed in the dishwasher.
