INGREDIENTS: water; ethanol; menthol; camphor; green clay; hydroalcoholic extracts: horsetail, harpagophytum, blackcurrant; essential oils of: peppermint, rosemary, cajeput, wintergreen, red thyme; ppg-1-peg-9 lauryl glycol ether; carbomer; sodium hydroxide; color; ant. Instructions: Apply by massaging lightly, without penetrating, 3 to 4 times a day on painful areas. In case of physical exertion, the gel can be applied before to facilitate the effort and after to optimize muscle recovery. After use, wash your hands. Read the instructions carefully before use.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: External use only. Do not swallow. Do not use in children under 7 years of age. Do not use in pregnant or lactating women. For people using blood thinning or other treatments related to cardiovascular disease, with a history of seizures or epileptic seizures, as a precaution, seek the advice of your attending physician. Avoid contact with eyes and/or mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or to injured or irritated skin. Do not use under occlusive dressing.
