Our story begins in the 80s, when Giuseppe, a son of a winemaker born in Veneto, set out to discover wines throughout Italy. Like many young people in the region, he began working in the vineyards from an early age. Harvest after harvest, he took a passion for wine. Gradually, during his travels, he specialized in Italian terroirs. He also takes the opportunity to find the best wines of each region. A sip of this Moscato Spumante, and you fly to Piedmont, where the sea breeze of Liguria and the dry and cool mountain breeze blows. The charmat method and the natural fermentation system are used, as well as stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature to promote slow and fresh fermentation. This keeps the sweetness of the fruit as well as its freshness. A double filtration system with microsystem equipment is also used to guarantee the freshness, aroma and taste of the Moscato grape.
